Introduction
Set in the conservation village of Brattleby, 6 miles North of the beautiful cathedral city of Lincoln, Robindale is a comfortable quiet home ideal for a relaxing retreat.  It is set in 1/3 of an acre of gardens.

• There is a limited local bus service operating daily.

• Footpath access from Brattleby to pubs/restaurants in Ingham and Scampton all within 1 and a half miles.

• Nearest Shop-mobilty scheme is located at Nettleham Fields, Lincoln North.

• Ample off-road parking on gravel driveway.

Main Entrance & Reception
• Not suitable for wheelchair access.

• Access is gained via a side hung front door and over 2 shallow steps.

• There is uniformed lighting at the entrance and in the hallway.

• Familiarisation tour of the house is available on entry.

• Unless by prior arrangement, front door is locked at 11pm.
• Water bowls available for service dogs only.

• All bedrooms are on the first floor, which are accessed via 14 steps with a mid-landing.

• The house is carpeted throughout with the exception of the conservatory downstairs and the bathroom upstairs.

• There are glass doors leading into the conservatory, with 1 shallow step down.

• There is a WC located on the ground floor, if required.

• There is a WC with hard flooring located on the ground floor, if required, off the carpeted hallway.

• If fire alarm sounds please vacate rooms, leave all belongings behind, make your way to the front door and assemble on front lawn.
